The Long Table
Project Details
A busy restaurant wanted the warmth of greenery over its central communal table, but every real option carried a problem: soil near food, dropped leaves, and pots that staff would have to water around covers. The lighting was warm and low, the kind that flatters a room and kills most living plants.
We suspended a run of foliage above the long table and layered planting along the banquette line, all sealed and shed-free, all holding colour under warm artificial light. Nothing drops, nothing needs tending during service, and the greenery looks as considered at the last booking of the night as it did at lunch.
Project Outcomes
The dining room gained a green, garden-like warmth with zero food-safety risk and no maintenance burden on the floor team.
